Unlock your potentials. // Agricultural BSc or MSc in agronomy or correlated areas. // Experience working in agricultural research, technical seed production function, Breeding or Technology Development. // Extensive knowledge of agricultural and seed production practices. // Proven experience working in multi-cultural, cross-regional team-based environment. // Broad knowledge of farming practices & experience in Row Crop Research testing programs. // Experience with agricultural research equipment and field safety program. // Operational Excellence Champion. // Knowledge of process improvement principles. // Ability to lead and supervise field crews. // Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and on local language. // Professional driving license (C, E categories).

Role’s scope would be to support Production Research Scientist and Agronomic Operations Specialist at field and plant level testing research program on corn and winter wheat crops, ensure operational excellence and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities: // Support the search, negotiation and contracting areas for experimentation. // Support the planning of agriculture experimentation. // Part of trials allocation and creation of planting maps. // Part of the implementation, management, and evaluations of production research trials. // Do the nutritional management and control of weeds, pests, and diseases on trials. // Do the evaluations according to protocol and support the data curation. // Collaborate on seasonal people selection and training of seasonal workers. // Support the continuous improvement on technics of agriculture research. // Support innovation projects to collaborate for continuous improvement of the area. // Actively seeks information with experienced professional on the area and act to continuous personal development. // Actively follow the policy and objectives of quality, safety, health, and environment. Contribute to continuous improvement on products and services with lower accident risks, rational use of natural resources and adequate west destination. Follow the internal procedures and support the compliance with legal requirements in the activities. // Ensure that local personnel are trained in all ESH procedures, regulatory and compliance protocols. Support safety/ESH initiatives across production research teams in EME. // Ensure that field equipment for effective and efficient functioning of all programs. // Ensure Lab’s equipment and device proper calibration and checking process.
