The Application Specialist contributes to the successful implementation of bakery solutions for large accounts in collaboration with the R&D team. He/she is able to convince key people internally and externally and implement proposed solutions at the customer thanks to his/her extensive know-how and hands-on expertise of the customers applications, the processes and our products. Candidate Profile • Ability to communicate and presentation skills • Creativity • Experience in the bakery field would be recommended • Knowledge of English - at least medium level • Basic knowledge of MS Office • Travel availability in the country - over 50% of working time • Driving license category B

Key Responsibilities • Assure high end techn(olog)ical support to a portfolio of industrial accounts. Trouble shoot when required. • Manage the implementation of Puratos products on the customer’s production lines. • Help customers to differentiate through new products/ concepts. • Help customers to optimize processes/costs / efficiency • Build, align & execute a visit plan ; visit on a regular basis. • Participate to product development and innovation projects for industrial accounts. • Follow up on the sales of bakery products & define corrective plan together with Key Accounts • Together with the other application specialists & technical advisors team, be in contact with machine producers and follow up their innovations in the field of industrial processed bread. • Contribute to the development of a break through innovation • Ensure building of technical / scientific / process know-how within the community of application specialists and technical advisors • Train colleagues, customers and salesmen in Puratos on product & process knowledge.
